“The worst thing you can do to anybody trying to be creative is to demand participation in their vision.”  – Chuck Klosterman

I came across this quote while working on a difficult design project. The concept was and execution was solid and aesthetically pleasing. To only be deconstructed into an abomination.  This quote completely summed up that moment of the outcome of that particular project.

There are many stories of how great concepts to straight to hell through external marketing decisions, design by committee teams (seen in non-profit structures), and the influential yet inexperienced know-it-all rookie.
